As we all know, life happens. :)
But we also know, that in any partnership, in order to achieve the best and most enriching experience, both parties must be reasonably clear on what to expect from each other.
In order to allow for the best possible experience for all clients,
I have instituted the following policies to apply to all sessions.
*All appointments must be reasonably confirmed by e-mail, text, or phone within 24 hours of the suggested appointment time, unless other arrangements have been made.
*Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged for a 1/2 session, payable at client's subsequent session.
*No shows will not be booked for subsequent appointments without paying the full session price for the missed appointment first.
* If you need to contact me within 24 hours of your appointment, please text or call 615-730-1682, as I cannot guarantee I will receive your e-mail within that period of time.
